Terms of service

Last updated · 15 May 2026 · v1.0

These terms govern your use of frametap.eu (the "website") and the Frametap pre-launch waitlist. The website is operated by djump.io, a Lithuanian software studio based in Klaipėda. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please leave the site.

Frametap (the mobile application) is not yet publicly available. Separate terms will govern paid use of the application when it launches. Those terms will be presented for acceptance before any paid subscription begins.

2. Accuracy of information

We try to keep the website accurate. Specifically: the market statistics on the homepage are sourced as cited (VFF, IBISWorld, Google Play Store archive, EU CPR 2024/3110, EPBD recast 2024/1275, UK Future Homes Standard 2025). The €99/month "early-bird locked for life" pricing is a forward-looking commitment subject to the final terms of subscription. The launch date "Q4 2026" is a target, not a guarantee.

Frametap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Behin Saman Co (the developer of iwindoor), Klaes GmbH, Orgadata AG (LogiKal), Schüco International KG (SchüCal), or any other company mentioned on the site. References to these products are factual statements made for comparative purposes under EU Directive 2006/114/EC concerning misleading and comparative advertising.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — copy, visual design, code, source illustrations — is © 2026 djump.io unless otherwise indicated. You may share screenshots and quote short excerpts for editorial purposes. Republishing the site in whole or substantial part is not permitted without written permission.

"Frametap" is a trade mark of djump.io. Third-party product names mentioned for comparison are the trade marks of their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: submit false personal data on the waitlist form, attempt to circumvent the rate limit, scrape the site at a rate that meaningfully impacts service, attempt to identify or test for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, or use the site in any manner unlawful in Lithuania or the European Union.

Security researchers acting in good faith may report findings to start@djump.io with the subject line "Security disclosure". We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research.

5. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Specifically, djump.io does not warrant that the website will be available without interruption, free of defects, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law, djump.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (notably consumer-protection rights under EU and Lithuanian law).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence with start@djump.io shall be submitted to the competent courts of Klaipėda, Lithuania. If you are a consumer based elsewhere in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to all waitlist members at least 14 days in advance. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tracks revisions.
